| You may return most unused items purchased at Hillside Customs within 14 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping
costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the
return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization
(RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment
within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Any apparel that has been worn or washed by the consumer. Any custom decal,
banner, poster, apparel or sign. Any decal, banner, poster, apparel or
sign that was damaged by the consumer during installation.

All instock items are shipped within 1-3 days. All
custom made items are shipped within 1-30 days; depending on the complexity
of the order. All customers will be contacted within 24 hours of purchase with the
expected shipping time of the item(s). Hillside Customs will do its best to get
